Founded by lifelong friends and industry professionals Robert Randle and Matthew Isaac, The Rizen Group was built on a shared passion for technology, entertainment, and helping organizations grow through innovative solutions. Together, we bring over 15 years of hands-on experience in Audio Visual Production, IT Strategy, and Technology Infrastructure, with a focus on serving small businesses ranging from 1 to 50 employees—and beyond.

Our journey began in our adolescent years, bonding over a love for DJing and live event production. That early collaboration grew into a deep professional partnership, shaped by years of independently leading AV and IT projects for churches, startups, schools, nonprofits, and small business owners across New York City and beyond.

Robert, a certified AV professional with training from the Institute of Audio Research, launched the original “Rizen” in 2020 as a response to the growing need for remote AV solutions during the pandemic. His innovative work—particularly in church livestreaming and multi-cam productions—laid the foundation for what would later evolve into The Rizen Group.

In 2024, Robert officially partnered with Matthew to relaunch the company as a full-service consultancy. Matthew brings a deep background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, greenfield builds, M&A support, and executive-level IT consulting, with a strong focus on optimizing operations for small businesses.

While Robert leads the Audio Visual division, and Matthew spearheads IT and Security, our strength lies in collaboration. We work together across every project to ensure clients get the best of both worlds: seamless, scalable AV systems and robust, future-proof IT support.
