Operations Coordinator & EA to CEO's
Dana bring over 5 years of exective and operational experience to The Rizen Group. She has a background in civil engineering, with expertise in executive support, operations, client relations, and marketing. She has worked with startups, real estate firms, and nonprofits, excelling in dynamic environments. At The Rizen Group, Dana supports leadership and team operations while contributing to client service, proposals, and business development. Outside of work, she is passionate about dance culture—especially hip hop, dancehall, and reggae—and is an aspiring DJ.
Taylor Brown
Visual Media Director
Taylor brings over five years of hands-on Audio Visual support experience, rooted in her work with the AV Ministry at New Jerusalem Worship Center. As one of the original members of Rizen AV, she has been instrumental in shaping our creative and technical capabilities. Taylor specializes in visual graphics, digital displays, and is our go-to expert for multi-screen setups, video switching, and multimedia presentation design. Passionate about delivering engaging and visually dynamic experiences, she continues to advance her skills through higher education in AV Production and Visual Media while contributing her expertise to Rizen’s projects and events.
Kwesi Dukes
Director of Information Technology Solutions
Kwesi brings a dynamic blend of technical expertise, data-driven strategy, and leadership experience. He also serves as a Test Center Coordinator at Richmond Community College, he manages certification programs such as PMI PMP and CompTIA Security+, ensuring compliance with institutional, state, and federal standards. Through this role, Kwesi has gained significant experience in institutional reporting workflows, analytics, and Oracle Cloud systems—skills that directly support his work in IT strategy and business intelligence.
Kwesi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Information Systems from the University of Arizona Global Campus and is pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Applied Data Science at the University of Adelaide. Passionate about integrating business analytics, generative AI, and data-driven insights, he is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and informed decision-making across the Rizen Group’s technology initiatives.
