The Rizen Group & New Jerusalem Worship Center, Built on “a firm foundation”

We are incredibly honored to share that New Jerusalem Worship Center (NJWC) has officially selected The Rizen Group to fully manage and support their Audio Visual and Media operations!

Located in Jamaica, Queens, NJWC is a vibrant and community-centered house of worship that has served thousands through ministry, outreach, and dynamic worship experiences. This partnership is especially meaningful to us—because it’s where it all began.

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, our founder Robert Randle launched Rizen as a remote streaming solution to help NJWC stay connected with its congregation. What started as a single-camera livestream quickly evolved into a full-scale, multi-camera production with live bands, choirs, and growing technical complexity. As the needs of the church expanded, so did our vision.

In 2024, alongside partner Matthew Isaac, we relaunched as The Rizen Group—a full-service IT & Audio Visual managed services provider. With roots in faith-based service and eyes on innovation, we developed a comprehensive offering tailored to meet the evolving needs of NJWC and similar institutions.

This new engagement marks the launch of a first-of-its-kind “AVaaS” (Audio Visual as a Service) model in the House of Worship space—combining managed services, real-time support, and ongoing training and development. The Rizen Group will not only oversee all AV operations at NJWC (including livestreaming, video production, sound engineering, lighting, and digital content), but also provide training and mentorship to grow the in-house AV ministry team.

We’re proud to continue building on this firm foundation and expanding our services across the Education, Worship, and Small Business sectors.
