TimelineFour weeks

The challenge

One hard move-in date. Every system ready.

TCG needed to leave its former office before the lease expired, creating a firm move-in date with no room for technology delays. The new 909 Third Avenue space included seven private offices, eight open workstations, a boardroom, and a telephone and hotel desk room. Our work had to move in lockstep with the general contractor, electricians, and specialty subcontractors—often fitting critical technology phases between their construction milestones.

The Rizen approach

One technology partner across every workstream.

01 / Advise

Own the technology plan

We served as TCG’s direct technology advisor, coordinating with every trade and advising adjacent workstreams including security doors and badge access.

02 / Build

Connect the new office

We pulled low-voltage cabling and deployed a Cisco Meraki network with two firewalls, two routers, two wireless access points, and CCTV coverage.

03 / Equip

Make every space useful

We installed a Logitech Microsoft Teams room with digital door signage, three Samsung Frame TVs, 32 desk-mounted monitors, and the office printing environment.

04 / Migrate

Move without disruption

Sixteen users’ computers moved from the former office into ready-to-work desks, alongside one multifunction printer and four personal printers.

The result

A true turnkey move-in.

TCG walked into a complete, ready-to-use office on day one. Workstations, printing, secure wireless networking, cameras, conferencing, and displays all worked as one connected environment—delivered within the four-week window despite overlapping construction schedules and a non-negotiable deadline.

TimelineTwo weeks

The challenge

Upgrade the experience. Keep the mission moving.

New Jerusalem Worship Center has an active weekly rhythm. Between Bible studies, leadership meetings, rehearsals, and Sunday services, there was little room to pause operations. As the church’s projection system began to fail, its leadership needed a fast, professional solution that could transform the visual experience without derailing the schedule.

The Rizen approach

Planning, precision, and partnership.

01 / Prepare

Build the foundation

We coordinated with trusted construction and electrical partners to modify the infrastructure, power, and framing for a modern high-resolution LED wall.

02 / Integrate

Bring the wall to life

During week two, our team mounted, wired, configured, and tested every component to deliver a reliable, seamless experience for the congregation.

03 / Deliver

Finish ahead of plan

Careful coordination kept the project on budget and brought the new system online two days ahead of schedule.

2Days ahead of schedule

The result

A more vibrant way to connect.

NJWC now has a reliable, visually striking display that matches the energy of its worship experience. More than a replacement for outdated gear, the LED wall gives the community a clearer, more immersive way to share its message.

The challenge

Build fast. Stay ready. Keep the experience live.

A high-profile activation at the 2025 Ryder Cup required an experienced technical crew that could move efficiently through load-in, support a multi-system live environment, and return for an organized load-out. Working as a production subcontractor, The Rizen Group supplied AV, lighting, and audio technicians for the critical build and strike phases, then maintained a dedicated technical presence while the activation was open.

The Rizen approach

Production labor that stayed with the show.

01 / Staff

Bring the right crew

We provided experienced AV, lighting, and audio technicians who could integrate quickly into the larger production team.

02 / Load in

Build the technical environment

Our crew supported equipment preparation, truss and lighting work, cabling, system setup, and readiness checks before the activation opened.

03 / Operate

Support every live day

A dedicated general AV technician remained on site for 14 days, operating and supporting lighting consoles, video switching and content systems, and audio consoles.

04 / Load out

Strike with precision

The team returned for load-out, helping safely break down, organize, and prepare the production equipment for departure.
