Serving at New Jerusalem Worship Center taught Robb to lead with patience, prepare for the moment, and build technology around people rather than equipment.
Who we are
Technology is the work. People are the reason.
The Rizen Group is a family company built by lifelong friends, shaped by service, and committed to making AV and IT feel more human for every organization we support.

Built from friendship. Rooted in service.
Rizen began with a responsibility to make sure people could still hear, connect, and participate.
Rizen was formally started during the rise of COVID-19 with a clear goal: ensure the message could still be heard. The company's roots reach back to Robert “Robb” Randle's ministry at New Jerusalem Worship Center in Queens, New York. After years of supporting and then leading its AV ministry as Director of AV, Robb understood that technology mattered most when it helped people receive a message and stay connected.
That service-first foundation still guides every system we design, every room we enter, and every organization we support.
When COVID-19 closed the church's doors, Robb applied his AV and technology experience to help the congregation enter a new digital reality. The original Rizen AV was formed so the message could still be heard when people could not gather.
Matthew joined Robert to relaunch Rizen AV as a full-service AV and IT company. Two lifelong friends brought together complementary expertise, a shared standard of care, and a clear mission to help organizations grow without compromising their values.
“We are built on faith, fueled by vision—and we're just getting started.”

Certified MBE
Representation is part of how we build.
Becoming a New York State-certified Minority Business Enterprise is deeply meaningful to us as a proudly Black-owned company led by Robert and Matthew.
The certification recognizes who we are and reinforces the responsibility we carry: to grow opportunity, support diverse talent and partners, and invest in the communities that shaped us. We want Rizen's growth to create a wider path for others— across New York and wherever our work takes us.
That commitment lives alongside our technical mission. We bring thoughtful, reliable AV and IT solutions to businesses, nonprofits, schools, houses of worship, and community organizations—helping more people participate, communicate, and move forward with confidence.

A family company
Professional enough for the plan. Personal enough to care.
Family is part of how Rizen works—not a line in a brochure. It means knowing the people beside you, taking responsibility for the details, celebrating the wins together, and treating every client’s space and mission with real respect.
We bring that same warmth to small businesses, schools, houses of worship, nonprofits, and every organization that wants a technology partner who will stay close and follow through.
How we show up
The values behind every system.
Serve first
We listen before we recommend, explain without jargon, and make decisions around what will genuinely help.
Show up
From the first walkthrough to the final handoff, we stay accountable and close to the work.
Make it clear
Good technology should reduce friction. Our plans, pricing, systems, and support are built to do the same.
Build for people
The best solution is the one your team understands, trusts, and can use confidently every day.
Let's work together
Good technology starts with a good conversation.
Tell us what your people need to do, what is getting in the way, and what a better day should feel like. We'll take it from there.
